The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed it very much. The only problem was the third bed in the triple room. The mattress had very hard springs and was very uncomfortable. On the last day we requested a mattress change and the new one was much better. They should check them before offering them to clients.

I thought the hotel was excellent, but I left after two days because the internet connection was not working. I find this totally unacceptable in a five-star hotel. And although the staff was perfectly nice about it, no one seemed to know what they were doing and resolving the issue was not a priority at all. When I decided to check out, I was disappointed that more of an effort was not made to get me to stay. And I still think I should be compensated for spending two days without internet.

I would like to say some good word about my staying in Hotel.
The first thing is I appreciate the given option to me for the early check-in in hotel.
Location of hotel allows me to see many cultural objects without any additional advice.
I believe we will see you soon again in future.

It was a very nice experiance and loved the surrounding culture.
The hotel's hospitality and friendship was superb. I will really recomend this Hotel.
