Everything was great, really except the internet in the room never worked properly and we were left for more than an hour on hold waiting for help with the internet system. It never did work. Everything else was great.

This was our second time staying in Istanbul, we stayed at a different hotel before. We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. I highly recomend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, the staff very friendly, location was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The hotel does not have fitness center or swiming pool, but we would have no time to spend in there anyhow, it is also close to the Tram, but the sound did not bother us, there is certain hours during the night the Tram does not run.

More woth than they charge.Booking through Istanbul hotels is too economical.

The Hotel was wonderful and the staff made us feel very welcome especially Yavus who went out of his way to assist us.

This was our first trip to Istanbul, After looking for a suitable hotel on the web, I chose Empire Palace Hotel as our hotel based on reviews I had read on the websites. Also the location was perfect, given that we had such a short amount of time in Istanbul (4 days) it was well suited for all the venues we wanted to visit.
The hotel is perfect in everyway, just like all of the reviews say, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, but can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this truly is a wonderful hotel. It all began with an initial consultation over e-mail, they were able to ascertain our requirements and make recommendations based on the short amount of time we had and exactly what we wanted out of our visit.
The great thing about Empire is it's central location, it is walking distance to the Sultanahmet,Bleu Mosque and Topkapi Palace.
The rooms are well appointed with all the amenities and well decorated. They include in room safe, Sat TV, king bed, WiFi, mini bar. The staff had a variety of fresh fruit waiting in our room each afternoon when we returned from a day of sightseeing.
There is really nothing that we did not like about our stay at Empire, The staff were awesome and made our stay the best it could possibly be. We will return again soon.

We stayed in Empire Palace Istanbul for one night, arriving mid-afternoon Sunday. After ringing the hotel and speaking to a very helpful and polite concierge for directions from Sultanahmet Tran Station, we found the hotel within 10 minutes walking distance. Welcomed into the hotel and offered anything we might require at check-in, you get the feeling they couldnt do enough for you. The room was a superior, and the bathroom was huge with slipper bath and power shower. We ate in the restaturant one evening and recieved exceptional service. 10/10 for everything and will be staying again on our next trip! Jose Rambaldi
